Mr. Elwood received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1988, where he participated in Moot Court and Mock Trial.    Mr. Elwood also attended the University of Houston for his undergraduate studies, where he received a B.A. in Political Science in 1985 and was a member of the Dean's List.
